Yoga For Hoopers started as a free, private hot yoga class for high school and college basketball players.
Today, Yoga for Hoopers exists to connect athletes with certified yoga teachers, wellness professionals, and recovery practices built specifically with hoopers in mind.
Our philosophy is simple: teach hoopers how to take care of their bodies and minds so they can play the game they love at their highest level.

I definitely remember multiple times having a hard day, maybe even a bad day, and I can turn to yoga.
